First off on Saturday we had our friend Julie from North Carolina and Kayla from McMinnville come out for a nice morning visit. We have only seen Julie once since she moved 2 years ago, so that was nice to catch up! Kayla was on our wrestling team and is BFFs with Julie's daughter Jessica, and she is now graduated, engaged and expecting in September! So I got to rub and poke her tummy lots, that was fun!
Then a friend of mine from high school Aaron and his daughter Emma, his girlfriend Jasmine and her daughter Summer all came out for an over nighter.

We spent the afternoon playing in the slip n slide....Aaron was demonstrating how to slide for us....apparently he is over the age/weight limit because he blew right through the end and popped it....but the kids did not care much, they still enjoyed playing in the sprinkler part of it.
We BBQed some Carne Asada then had a campfire and roasted smores.

Great time for everyone. The kids all played so well together and gave us adults a bit of a break.
Sunday morning after a filling breakfast we all packed up and headed for an impromptu trip to the Zoo. That was FUN!
